Meatloaf muffins

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 bell pepper

2 celery stalks

1 medium onion

1 egg

splash of milk

1 cup plain bread crumbs

1 cup ketchup

1 cup salsa

1 tablespoon worchestshire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop all veggies and mix with meat.
Beat egg with milk, add bread crumbs then add to meat
Mix ketchup, salsa, worchestshire, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add ½ to meat and reserve the rest.
Mix well
Put in greased muffin pan - 6 XL or 8 to 10 regular muffins.
Top with spoonful of reserved ketchup mixture
Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes
Serve with remaining ketchup mixture
